【Warranty】Parts are covered by a 7‑day warranty (from delivery date) against defects in materials or workmanship.
1). Customer errors, including incorrect ordering or installation, are not covered.
2). If a customer requests to return a shipped-out/just-delivered order for his/her reasons, they will be responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs.

【Parts Upgrade Guide】Some components have been discontinued. To determine your current version, provide your scooter’s serial number (located on the stem connector or side frame near the kickstand for G4 models). Refer to the compatibility guide below for required upgrade sets.

1). Front/Rear Shock Absorbers -A version, Status: Discontinued.
Upgrade Solution: Please order the Version B Front Shock Absorbers, Front Fork, and Front Rocker Arm Bracket as a set for full compatibility.

2). Front Wheel (10 mm) -A version: Discontinued.
Upgrade Solution: Please order the Version B Front Wheel (11.8mm), Front Wheel Axles, and Brake Disc as a set for full compatibility.

3). Display PC Board/Headlight -A version: Discontinued.
Upgrade Solution: If your scooter has the original Version A headlight/PC Board, both the Headlight and the Display PC Board must be upgraded to Version B together.

4). Fold Components -A version: Discontinued.
Upgrade Solution: Please order the Fold Components -B version, Pole Connection -C version, Upper Taper Bearing -C version, and 
Lower Taper Bearing -C version as a set for full compatibility.

5). Fold Components -C version: Discontinued.
Upgrade Solution: Please order the D version of these Fold Components and Front Rocker Arm Bracket as a set for full compatibility.

6). Lower Taper Bearing -C version: Discontinued.
Upgrade Solution: Please order the Lower Taper Bearing E version for full compatibility.

7). Front Fork -A Version: Discontinued.
Upgrade Option 1: Order as a complete set for full compatibility: Front Fork -B version, Front Rocker Arm Bracket -B version, Front Shock Absorbers -B version, Front Wheel -B version, and Front Wheel Axles - B version.
Upgrade Option 2: Order as a complete set for full compatibility: Front Fork -C version, Front Rocker Arm Bracket -C version, Brake Disc -B version, Front Shock Absorbers -B version, Front Wheel -B version, Front Wheel Axles - B version, Front Rocker Arm Paired Locking Shaft, and 2pcs Front Shock Shafts.
